We adhere closely to the guidelines provided by the Singapore’s government Personal Data Protection Act. The Personal Data Protection Act will ensure a baseline standard of protection for personal data across the economy by complementing sector-specific legislative and regulatory frameworks.
We upgrade our database protection technology constantly to ensure that your data is safe with us especially your National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) number which we normally uses it for lesson verification. We use Cryptographic hash function to protect our NRIC database. This function will automatically blur out the first 3 digits of your NRIC number in the system. Our employees are only able to check the last 4 digits of your NRIC number in our database for lesson.
Changing Your Information
You can review and change personal information related to your use of our website (such as your name and contact information). To access your information, simply sign-in to your member’s account using your member ID and password, and you will be able to edit your personal information in your account profile.
Receiving Promotional Communication
We want to communicate with you online if you want to hear from us. If you prefer not to receive promotional information, such as information about special offers and sales events, you can let us know by "unsubscribing" from any email communication or emailing us.
You may update, correct or delete information about yourself at any time by logging into your member’s account. Please note, however, that we may retain certain information that you provide through our Services as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We also may retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period.
We take reasonable measures, including administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, to protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
